EARTHQUAKE-RESISTING METAL FITTING FOR WOODEN BUILDING
To eliminate the risk of the collapse of a wooden building due to an earthquake if joint portions are reinforced by rigidly joining columns and horizontal members such as foundation or beams of the wooden building.SOLUTION: An earthquake-resisting metal fitting for a wooden building comprises: a box-shaped metal fitting body 3; and a buckling intervention device 17 having a loose fitting hole formed thereon. The metal fitting body 3 is installed between a column C and a foundation A, and a bolt 33 which protrudes from the foundation A on the lower side into the metal fitting body 3 through the loose fitting hole of the buckling intervention device 17 is fastened by a nut 37. Further, the upper side of the metal fitting body 3 is also fixed by a lag screw 41. When an earthquake occurs, the buckling intervention device 17 buckles and contracts, so that the tightening state with the foundation A side is released, and the metal fitting body 3 is lifted together with the column C, but the foundation A side remains in the same position. Since there is a gap between the loose fitting hole and the bolt 33, the lifting allows rotation within the gap range as indicated by the one-dot chain line. Therefore, a moment generated by the earthquake can be absorbed, and damage to joint portions can be avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】木造建築物の柱と基礎や梁などの横架材との接合部分を、剛接合して補強すると、地震時に木造建築物が損壊するおそれがある。【解決手段】ボックス状金具本体3と、遊嵌孔が形成された座屈用介装具17とを備える。金具本体3を柱Cと基礎Aとの間に設置し、下側の基礎Aから金具本体3の内部に突出したボルト33を座屈用介装具17の遊嵌孔に通させた上でナット37により緊締させる。また、金具本体3の上側もラグスクリュー41で固定する。地震が起こると、座屈用介装具17は座屈して縮小するので、基礎A側との緊締状態は解除され、金具本体3が柱Cと共に浮き上がるが、基礎A側はそのままの位置に留まる。遊嵌孔とボルト33との間に隙間があるので、上記の浮き上がりにより、一点鎖線に示すように、その隙間範囲で回動も可能となる。従って、地震により発生するモーメントを吸収でき、接合部分の損傷を回避できる。【選択図】 図5
