EARTHQUAKE PROOF METAL FITTING FOR WOODEN BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide metal fittings which is interposed in a foundation of a wooden building, normally, a connection part between a concrete foundation and a column so as to prevent the connection part from being damaged when an earthquake takes place.SOLUTION: Metal fittings are interposed between a column and a foundation, and fastened with a nut 31 through a disc spring 7 and a support member 11 in a hollow part into which a tip part of an anchor bolt extending from a foundation side is inserted. As the disc spring 7 flexes, the hollow part side is integrated with the column to be tiltable with respect the bolt, and when an earthquake takes place to apply force for tilting to a column side, the column tilts together with the hollow part with respect to the anchor bolt united with a foundation S to allow the column to tilt, thereby stopping a connection part from being damaged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】地震時において木造建築物の基礎、通常はコンクリート基礎と柱との連結部分に介装させて、連結部分が損傷するのを防止できる金具を提供する。【解決手段】柱と基礎との間に介装され、基礎側から延びるアンカーボルトの先端部が挿通される中空部内で、皿バネ7と支持部材11を介してナット31で締められ、皿バネ7が撓むことで、中空部側が柱と一体となってボルトに対して傾動可能となり、地震が来て柱側に揺動させようとする力が加わったときに、柱が中空部と共に、基礎Sと一体になったアンカーボルトに対して傾動して、柱の揺動を許容し、連結部分の損傷を阻止する。【選択図】図5
