PRECEDING HANDRAIL
To provide a preceding handrail which can be stored and conveyed in a more compact folded state compared to a conventional preceding handrail.SOLUTION: A preceding handrail 4A includes: a handrail body 5 formed of a horizontal bar extending in a left-right direction; two right and left connection links 6 of which upper ends are rotatably connected to each of right and left ends of the handrail body 5 and lower ends are provided with a suspended engagement part 7 that is inserted to and engaged with a socket metal fitting 21 of two right and left supports 2; and two braces 8 of which one end is rotatably connected to a length intermediate part of the connection links 6 and the other end is provided with a fitting part 9 mounted on the supports 2, and that are obliquely stretched so as to cross each other between both of the two supports 2. The preceding handrail 4A can take a folded state such that the two right and left connection links 6 are rotated so as to extend in an extension direction of the handrail body 5, and the two braces 8 are rotated along the handrail body 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】従来の先行手摺と比べて、よりコンパクトに折り畳んだ状態で保管や運搬を行うことができる先行手摺を提供する。【解決手段】先行手摺4Aは、左右方向にのびる水平なバーよりなる手摺本体5と、上端部が手摺本体5の左右各端部に回動自在に連結され、下端部に左右２本の支柱2のソケット金具21に挿入されて係り止められる垂下状の係止部7を有する左右２つの連結リンク6と、一端部が連結リンク6の長さ中間部に回動自在に連結され、他端部に支柱2に取り付けられる取付部9を有し、両支柱2間に互いに交差するように斜めに架設される２本のブレース8とを備えている。先行手摺4Aは、左右２つの連結リンク6が手摺本体5の延長方向にのびるように回動させられるとともに、２本のブレース8が手摺本体5に沿うように回動させられる折り畳み形態を取りうる。【選択図】図６
