To provide a renovation fitting capable of obtaining high thermal insulation performance.SOLUTION: In a renovation fitting 10, in a state where an existing frame 16 installed in an opening 14a of a building 14 and an existing outer wall member 30 forming an outer wall surface 30a of the building 14 are left as they are, a new frame 18 is attached to inside of the existing frame 16 and the existing outer wall member 30 is covered with a new outer wall members 34, thereby forming a new outer wall surface. An outdoor side aspect surface 36 of the new frame 18 protrudes outwardly from the existing outer wall member 30, and is arranged opposite to an indoor side surface 34b of the new outer wall member 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】高い断熱性能を得ることができる改装建具を提供する。【解決手段】改装建具１０は、建物１４の開口部１４ａに設置された既設枠１６と、建物１４の外壁面３０ａを形成していた既設外壁材３０とを残存させた状態で、既設枠１６の内側に新設枠１８を取り付け、既設外壁材３０を新設外壁材３４で覆って新たな外壁面を形成している。新設枠１８は、その室外側見付け面３６が既設外壁材３０よりも室外側に張り出しており、且つ、新設外壁材３４の室内側表面３４ｂに対向配置されている。【選択図】図２
