To provide a renovation fitting capable of easily adjusting the length of a cover member attached to a new frame, a cover member for renovation fitting, and an installation method of the renovation fitting.SOLUTION: A renovation fitting 1 includes: an existing frame 2 provided to an opening 11 of a building structure 100; a new frame 3 that is attached to the inner circumference of the existing frame 2; and a cover member 5 that is attached to the new frame 3. The cover member 5 is formed extending toward the building structure 100 from the new frame 32 and has a length adjustment part that is capable of adjusting the length of the cover member 5.
