To provide a luminaire for indoor decoration, capable of applying a sense of unity between a surface light-emitting panel and a wall part constituting an indoor space such as a ceiling, and to provide an interior structure.SOLUTION: A luminaire for indoor decoration, including a surface light-emitting panel 40, a decorative sheet 60, and an attitude holding member is such that: the surface light-emitting panel 40 has a light-emitting surface having a light-emitting area 45 of emitting light in lighting; the attitude holding member can hold the decorative sheet 60 in an expansion attitude in a planar expansion; the decorative sheet 60 faces the light-emitting surface in an expansion attitude; the surface light-emitting panel 40 is hidden by the decorative sheet 60 in an expansion attitude at the time of lights-out, and is substantially invisible from an indoor space side; and a surface at the indoor space side of the decorative sheet 60 is partially formed with a light emission projection area 85 to which the light-emitting area 45 of the surface light-emitting panel 40 is directly projected in lighting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
