FUNCTIONAL FIRE PREVENTION PANEL FOR INDOOR INTERIOR DECORATION
A flame retardant panel for interior decoration is disclosed, which can be used as an interior finishing material for ceiling and wall of a building to provide a pleasant aesthetic sense. The present invention provides a flame retardant panel comprising: a base plate material; a first low pressure melamine impregnated paper attached to a lower surface of the base plate material and configured to include a flame retardant; a second low pressure melamine impregnated paper attached to an upper surface of the base plate material and configured to include a flame retardant; and a fishing layer comprising a UV coating agent applied on the upper surface of the second low pressure melamine impregnated paper. The finishing layer comprises a UV primer and a UV top-coat sequentially disposed on top of the second low pressure melamine impregnated paper. The flame retardant panel according to the present invention can provide flame retardant performance equal to that of a finishing layer comprising a UV primer, a UV bottom-coat, a UV mid-coat, and a UV top-coat even if the composition of the finishing layer is composed of only the UV primer and the UV top-coat.
건축물의 천장과 벽체를 마감하는 인테리어 마감재로 사용되어 유려한 미감을 제공할 수 있는 실내 인테리어용 방염패널이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 베이스 판재와, 상기 베이스 판재의 하면에 부착되며 방염제가 포함되어 구성된 제1 저압 멜라민 함침지와, 상기 베이스 판재의 상면에 부착되며 방염제가 포함되어 구성된 제2 저압 멜라민 함침지와, 및 상기 제2 저압 멜라민 함침지의 상면에 도포된 UV 코팅제가 포함된 마감층을 포함하는 방염패널에 있어서, 상기 마감층은 상기 제2 저압 멜라민 함짐지의 상부에 순차적으로 구비된 UV 프라이머 및 UV 상도를 포함하는 방염패널을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 방염패널은 마감층의 구성을 UV 프라이머와 UV 상도만으로 구성하더라도 UV 프라이머, UV 하도, UV 중도, UV 상도로 구성된 마감층과 대등한 방염성능을 제공할 수 있다.
