The prepolymer (a) is a reaction product of: a component A that has a diol having an oxyalkylene group, with a total unsaturation degree of 0.07 meq/g or less; a component B that has a polyol having an oxyalkylene group and at least three functional groups excluding the oxyalkylene group, with a total unsaturation degree of 0.05 meq/g or more; and a component C that has a compound having an isocyanato group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
