OPENING/CLOSING DEVICE AND OPENING/CLOSING SYSTEM
To improve the efficiency of the operation of reading history data from an opening/closing device by wirelessly transmitting the history data from the opening/closing device to a communication terminal.SOLUTION: An opening/closing device includes: an abnormality detecting unit for detecting an abnormality; a storage unit for storing the abnormality detected by the abnormality detection unit as abnormality history data together with the occurrence time of the abnormality and the number of operations of the opening/closing device; and a device-side transmission/reception unit which wirelessly receives a transmission request signal from a communication terminal and wirelessly transmits history data; and a device-side control unit which controls the device-side transmission/reception unit such that, when an abnormality is detected by the abnormality detection unit, the detected abnormality is stored in the storage unit as history data together with the occurrence time of the abnormality and the number of operations of the opening/closing device, and when the transmission request signal from the communication terminal is received wirelessly, the history data stored in the storage unit is read, and the read-out history data is transmitted wirelessly to the communication terminal which transmitted the transmission request signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
