To provide a chimney restoring method capable of improving safety during restoring work of an existing chimney and restoring even a small diameter chimney which workers cannot enter.SOLUTION: A chimney restoring method according to the present invention comprises: a step of inserting a short pipe 1 for a chimney where insulation material 2 is winding on an outer peripheral surface from an upper side of an existing chimney 10 to its inside; and a step of consecutively connecting and descending a new short pipe 1 for the chimney on an upper end part of the short pipe 1 for the chimney until a lower end part of the short pipe 1 for the chimney reaches a bottom surface of the chimney 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 既設の煙突を再生する作業の安全性を向上することができ、作業員が入れない小径の煙突であっても再生することができる煙突再生工法を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明に係る煙突再生工法は、外周面に断熱材２が巻き付けられた煙突用短管１を既設の煙突１０の上方から内部へ挿入し、煙突用短管１の下端部が煙突１０の底面に到達するまで、煙突用短管１の上端部に新たな煙突用短管１を順次、連結しながら下降させる方法である。【選択図】 図１
