To provide a ground permeability testing device that can reliably measure permeability even when grounds to be measured have high permeability.SOLUTION: A plurality of water inlets 11b to 11f are provided at regular intervals in a circumferential direction on the lower end side of a sealed cylinder 10a in which a predetermined quantity of water required for measurement can be stored, and an air inlet 16a is provided on the upper end side of the sealed cylinder. An upper end side 17a of a constant water level holding pipe 17 with a predetermined length is connected to the air inlet 16a along the sealed cylinder 10a. A lower end side air introduction opening 17b of the constant water level holding pipe 17 is made open at a position higher than the water inlets 11b to 11f by a predetermined dimension. 【課題】高透水性の測定地盤の場合にも確実に透水性を測定できる透水試験装置を提供する。【解決手段】測定に必要な所定量の水が溜められる気密水筒10aの下端側周方向に均等な間隔で複数の注水口11b〜11f、上端側に空気流入口16aを設け、該空気流入口16aに対して上記気密水筒10aに沿う形で所定の長さの定水位保持管17の上端側17aを接続すると共に、同定水位保持管17の下端側空気導入口17bを上記注水口11b〜11fよりも所定寸法高い位置に開口させることによって、試験孔30内の定水位状態を実現するようにした。【選択図】図5
