BUILDING FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
To provide a building foundation structure having higher performance than an existing base-isolated building.SOLUTION: Instead of a conventional building foundation structure, a building foundation structure includes: a bearing mechanism 310 which allows a relative displacement in a horizontal direction of a building and bears the building; a locking/unlocking mechanism 320 which inhibits relative displacement in a horizontal direction from an original point of the building before a horizontal acceleration of the building exceeds a predetermined value after earthquakes have occurred, and allows the relative displacement in the horizontal direction of the building after the horizontal acceleration of the building has exceeded the predetermined value; a restoring force acting mechanism 330 which acts a restoring force in such a horizontal direction as to return the building to the original point on the building when the earthquake occurs and a distance between the original point to the relative displacement in the horizontal direction of the building exceeds a predetermined distance; and an original point return mechanism 340 which moves the building in the horizontal direction and returns the building to the original point when a residual displacement in the horizontal direction from the original point remains in the building after the earthquake has stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既存の免震建物よりさらに性能のたかい建物基礎構造を提供する。【解決手段】従来の建物基礎構造にかわって、建物を水平方向の相対変位を許して支承する支承機構310と、地震が発生し建物の水平加速度が所定値を越える前に建物が原点から水平方向へ相対変位するのを禁止し建物の水平加速度が所定値を越えた後に建物が水平方向へ相対変位するのを許すロック/アンロック機構320と、地震が発生し建物が原点から水平方向へ相対変位する距離が所定距離を越えるとき建物に建物を原点に戻そうとする水平方向の復元力を作用させる復元力作用機構330と、地震が収まったときに建物に原点から水平方向への残留変位が残ったとき建物を水平方向に移動させて原点に戻す原点復帰機構340と、を備えるものとした。【選択図】図2
