WOODGRAIN PATTERN MOLDING BUILDING MATERIAL, AND WOODGRAIN PATTERN CARBON FIBER COMPOSITE MATERIAL THIN BODY, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
To provide a woodgrain pattern building material forming a three-dimensional woodgrain pattern having irregularity, and having superior properties which a conventional building material does not have.SOLUTION: A woodgrain pattern building material 1 is constituted of a base material 10 having a prescribed thickness, and a woodgrain pattern carbon fiber composite material thin body 20 thinner than the base material 10, and formed with a three-dimensional woodgrain patter 21 having irregularity. The woodgrain pattern carbon fiber composite material thin body 20 is manufactured by sandwiching the carbon fiber composite material thin body 20 between a prescribed wooden mold and an elastic body followed by heating and pressing. The base material 10 and the woodgrain pattern carbon fiber composite material thin body 20 are fixed by applying an adhesive agent followed by crimping and drying.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】凹凸を有する立体感のある木目柄を形成するとともに、従来の建材にはない優位な性能も併せ持つ木目柄建材などを提供すること。【解決手段】木目柄成形建材1は、所定の厚みを有する基材10と、基材10よりも薄くかつ凹凸を有する立体的な木目柄21が形成された木目柄炭素繊維複合材薄体20と、で構成する。木目柄炭素繊維複合材薄体20は、所定の木型と弾性体との間に炭素繊維複合材薄体20を挟設し、加熱及び押圧により製造する。基材10と木目柄炭素繊維複合材薄体20とは、接着剤を塗布した後に圧着、乾燥させて固定する。【選択図】図1
