To provide a novel hydration system that can set the amount of water to be added to a spray raw material as appropriate.SOLUTION: A hydration system 100 comprises: a merging device 41 that includes an annular inner wall 411, an outer wall 412 disposed outside the inner wall 411, a water supply unit 413 for supplying pressure-fed water through an outer wall hole 413a to an annular space S2, and an injection unit 414 for injecting the water in the annular space S2 through an inner wall hole 414a toward a passage space S1; a water feeding device 32 that includes a pump 32a for pressure-feeding the water to the merging device 41, a motor 32b for driving the pump 32a, an inverter 32c, a setting part 32d for setting the output frequency of the inverter 32c, and a control unit 32e for controlling the output frequency of the inverter 32c so as to be equal to the output frequency set by the setting unit 32d; and a water feeding path 34 which is disposed between the water supply unit 413 and the pump 32a and through which the water pressure-fed by the pump 32a is supplied to the water supply unit 413.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
