FLOOR SLAB RENEWAL METHOD AND GIRDER BRIDGE STRUCTURE
To provide a floor slab renewal method and girder bridge structure which can greatly reduce a construction period without dismantling old bridge floor slabs, and which can ensure quality and safety by preventing a girder from falling sideways and buckling.SOLUTION: A floor slab renewal method for a girder bridge having a girder and a floor slab, includes: a step of removing at least a portion of the floor slab except for a portion above the floor slab girder which includes the floor slab joint with the girder; a step of forming a recess on the portion above the floor slab girder; a step of preparing a new floor slab having an engaging part inserted into the recess; a step of inserting the recess into the engaging part and mounting the new floor slab on the girder, before or after a step of injecting a joint material into the recess; and a step of solidifying the joint material to fix the portion above the floor slab girder and the new floor slab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】旧橋の床版解体を実施することなく、大幅な工期短縮が可能となると共に、桁の横倒れ座屈防止による品質確保と安全性確保を図ることができる床版の更新方法及び桁橋構造を提供する。【解決手段】桁と床版とを有する桁橋における該床版の更新方法であって、少なくとも前記床版の前記桁との接合部分を含む床版桁上部を除く部分を除去する工程と、前記床版桁上部に凹部を形成する工程と、前記凹部に挿入される係合部を有する新規床版を準備する工程と、前記係合部に前記凹部を挿入するとともに、前記桁に前記新規床版を備え付ける工程と、前記凹部に接合材を注入する工程との何れか一方の工程を行った後、何れか他方の工程を行い、前記接合材を固化させて前記床版桁上部と前記新規床版を固定する工程とを備える。【選択図】図4
