SEAL MATERIAL BETWEEN BRIDGE GIRDER AND FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal material which hardly generates a collapse or displacement in a lateral direction even when a force is applied to the seal material in a lateral direction while positioning of the floor slab when the floor slab place on a seal material placed on the upper face of the bridge girder.SOLUTION: A seal material 10 is constituted of two layers including an upper expanded material 11 and lower expanded material 21. The seal material 10 is disposed along a length direction of the bridge girder between the bridge girder and a floor slab disposed above the bridge girder. In a cross section perpendicular to a length direction of the bridge girder, the width Ws of the upper expanded material 11 in a face in contact with the lower expanded material 21 is smaller than the width w1 in a cross section of the bridge girder in a length direction on the face of the lower expanded material 21 which is disposed on the upper plane of the bridge girder. The lower expanded material 21 has a plane which is disposed on the upper plane of the bridge girder and a plane which is in contact with the upper expanded material, and the two planes are parallel to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】床版を橋桁上面のシール材上に載置する際に行われる床版の位置調整時に、シール材に横方向の力が加わっても横方向へ倒れたり位置ズレを生じたりし難いシール材の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】橋桁と該橋桁上方に配置される床版との間に橋桁の長さ方向に沿って配設されるシール材10を、上側発泡体11と下側発泡体21の二層とし、上側発泡体11は、下側発泡体21との接触面における橋桁の長さ方向と直交する横幅Wsが、下側発泡体21の橋桁の上面に配置される面における橋桁の長さ方向と直交する横幅w1より小であり、下側発泡体21は、橋桁の上面に配置される面と上側発泡体と接触する面とが平行である構成とした。【選択図】 図1
