IMAGE EXPRESSION METHOD USING SUBSTRATE WITH PROTRUSION FORMED AND IMAGE EXPRESSION PRODUCT
To solve a problem in which an image formed in a non-slip wear resistance substrate capable of being used even at a heavy walking place must be an inorganic pigment burning image, a printing company without having a burning oven cannot attach the image even though they obtained the substrate and they needed to select a permeable wear resistance aggregate to obtain a better visibility.SOLUTION: By aligning a protrusion part in a contraction color regularly and defining its concentration and density it enabled to obtain a protection of the image and a better visibility of the image. As the protrusion part is in a contraction color, it enabled an employment of even a black color aggregate with the highest hardness and the condition for attaching the image to both of the recessed part and the protrusion part enabled an easy positioning on image attachment and enabled printing companies a self-manufacturing by purchasing equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 重歩行場所でも使用できるノンスリップ性・耐摩耗性基材に形成する画像は無機顔料焼成画像でなければならず、焼成炉を持たない印刷業者は基材を得ても画像付与が出来なかった。又、良好な視認性を得るには、透過性の耐摩耗骨材を選択しなければならなかった。【解決手段】 収縮色の凸部を規則正しく並べてその濃度と密度を規定することで、画像の保護と画像の良好な視認性を得ることが出来た。収縮色の凸部なので、最高硬度の黒色骨材まで採用が可能になり、凹部、凸部両方に画像付与する条件は、画像付与時の位置出しを簡易にし、印刷業者は機材購入しての内製化が出来るようになった。【選択図】図1
