An image formed on a non-slip, wear-resistant substrate that can even be used in high traffic areas must be an image fired with inorganic pigments, and a printer who does not have a kiln cannot easily apply the image even should the substrate be obtained. In addition, a transparent aggregate for attaining image wear resistance and good visibility must be selected. In the present invention, by way of regular proper arrangement of bumps having a receding color and regulation of the concentration and density thereof, image protection and good visibility can be attained even when the hardest black aggregate is selected. Applying the image to both recesses and bumps makes it possible to simplify the alignment during image application and production can be internalized after purchasing the substrate.
La présente invention concerne une image formée sur un substrat antidérapant résistant à l'usure qui peut même être utilisé dans des zones de trafic élevé et qui doit être une image traitée avec des pigments inorganiques, et une imprimante qui ne présente pas de four ne peut pas facilement appliquer l'image même si le substrat est obtenu. De plus, un agrégat transparent permettant d'obtenir une résistance à l'usure de l'image et une bonne visibilité doit être sélectionné. Dans la présente invention, au moyen d'un agencement approprié régulier de bosses présentant une couleur en retrait et une régulation de sa concentration et de sa densité, une protection d'image et une bonne visibilité peuvent être obtenues même lorsque l'agrégat noir le plus dur est sélectionné. L'application de l'image à la fois sur les renfoncements et les bosses permet de simplifier l'alignement pendant l'application d'image et la production peut être internalisée après l'achat du substrat.
重歩行場所でも使用できるノンスリップ性・耐摩耗性基材に形成する画像は無機顔料焼成画像でなければならず、焼成炉を持たない印刷業者は基材を得ても容易に画像付与が出来なかった。又、画像の耐摩耗性と良好な視認性を得るため透明骨材を選択しなければならなかった。収縮色の凸部を規則正しく並べてその濃度と密度を規定することで、最高硬度の黒色骨材を選択しての画像保護と良好な視認性を得ることが出来た。凹部、凸部両方に画像付与する条件で、画像付与時の位置出しを簡易にし、印刷業者は機材購入しての内製化が出来るようになった。
