CEILING BOARD FLOTATION PREVENTION METAL FITTING AND CEILING STRUCTURE
To prevent an end part of a ceiling board from floating when an earthquake occurs at a low cost in a ceiling structure in which a ceiling frame body is configured by a ceiling backing material having a cross section consisting of a narrower vertical side part in continuation assembled with a locking corrugated part having a wider upper part and an installation edge part having a wider lower part and the end part of the ceiling board is placed on the installation edge part of the ceiling backing material.SOLUTION: A ceiling board floating prevention metal fitting 7 consisting of a metal fitting body 30 with a pair of leg parts 34 extending downward from both ends of a suction means retention part 33 and suction means 31 fastened to the suction means retention part 33 and for sucking on a top surface of a locking corrugated part 12 of a ceiling backing material 2a detachably engages externally with the locking corrugated part 12 of the ceiling backing material 2a and a vertical side part 11 freely lifted and descends to a suction position P due to the self weight. Then the suction means 31 is sucked on the top surface of the locking corrugated part 12 at the suction position P while a bottom end part of the leg part 34 abuts or comes close from upward relative to the top surface of the end part of a ceiling board 4 placed on the installation edge part 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】上部の幅広な係止隆部と下部の幅広な設置縁部とを、幅狭な垂直辺部で連繋してなる断面の天井下地材を組み付けて天井枠体を構成し、天井下地材の設置縁部に天井板の端部を乗載した天井構造にあって、地震発生時に天井板の端部が浮き上がるのを低廉に防止する。【解決手段】吸着手段保持部33の両側から下方に一対の脚部34を延出してなる金具本体30と、吸着手段保持部33に固着されて、天井下地材2aの係止隆部12の上面に脱着可能に吸着する吸着手段31とからなる天井板浮上防止金具7を、天井下地材2aの係止隆部12及び垂直辺部11に昇降可能に外嵌して、自重により吸着位置Pまで下降するようにする。そして、吸着位置Pにおいて、吸着手段31を係止隆部12の上面に吸着させるとともに、設置縁部13に乗載された天井板4の端部の上面に対して、脚部34の下端部を上方から当接又は近接させる。【選択図】図6
