To provide a floor material which is hardly conspicuous in protrusions on a surface or a pattern deviation between sheets, and has a sufficient slip preventing property.SOLUTION: A nonslip floor material 1 comprises an embossed layer 20 which is laminated on a substrate 10 and is formed by arranging a plurality of embossing units 21 each having a plurality of protrusions 31 formed in an irregular shape at the same height and in a plan view at predetermined intervals on a surface. The protrusion of the embossing unit has heights of at least three levels, and the embossing units having the same height are disposed so that three or more embossing units are not positioned adjacent to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
