In order to prevent the excessive rise of internal temperature and to improve the slip resistance and durability, stain resistance, dropout phenomena, convenience of maintenance and economical efficiency of a product by providing a heat-insulating and bonding layer on an object surface requiring slip prevention, the present invention provides a heat-insulating floor pavement material for slip prevention, comprising: a heat-shielding and bonding layer formed by applying a fast-curing type heat-insulating coating material to an object surface requiring slip prevention and curing the same, wherein the fast-curing type heat-insulating coating material consists of 8-14 wt% of a methyl methacrylate resin as a slip prevention agent, 15-22 wt% of thermosetting resin as a strength adjusting agent, 8-14 wt% of an oligomer as an elongation modifier, 10-20 wt% of soft monomers as a diluent, 20-24 wt% of hollow glass beads as a heat-insulating agent, 15-20 wt% of sieving powder as a sliding resistance agent, and the remaining wt% of additives; and a slip prevention layer, in which a slip prevention pavement material containing methyl methacrylate resin is applied and cured to the top surface of the heat-insulating and bonding layer so as to be coupled thereto and which has convex and concave parts formed on the top surface thereof in a semi-cured state.
미끄럼방지가 필요한 대상면에 차열접합층이 구비됨에 따라 내부온도의 과도한 상승이 방지되고 제품의 미끄럼저항성 및 내구성, 내오염성, 탈락현상, 유지보수의 편의성 및 경제성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 미끄럼방지가 필요한 대상면에 미끄럼방지제로서 8~14 중량%의 메틸메타아크릴레이트계 수지, 강도조절제로서 15~22 중량%의 열경화성 수지, 신장율조절제로서 8~14 중량%의 올리고머, 희석제로서 10~20 중량%의 연질 모노머, 차열제로서 20~24 중량%의 중공 글라스비드, 미끄럼저항제로서 15~20 중량%의 체질분말 및 나머지 중량%의 첨가제를 포함하는 속경화형 차열도포재가 도포 및 경화되어 형성된 차열접합층; 및 메틸메타아크릴레이트계 수지를 포함하는 미끄럼방지 포장재가 상기 차열접합층의 상면에 도포 및 경화되어 결합되되 반경화상태에서 상면에 요철부가 형성된 미끄럼방지층을 포함하는 미끄럼방지용 차열성 바닥포장재를 제공한다.
