To provide a cover plate supporting device capable of supporting a bottom surface of a cover plate even when it is installed in a joint part having a corner part and capable of absorbing a rocking motion due to an earthquake.SOLUTION: A cover plate supporting device 1 for supporting a cover plate by using a support 8 comprising a pair of side plates 10 and a plurality of rollers 11 rotatably supported by the side plates 10 and provided so that at least a part of an outer peripheral surface thereof is positioned either above or below the side plates 10, comprises: a first bar member 6 in a pipe shape; and a second bar member 7 in which one end side is slidably inserted into the first bar member 6 in a slidable manner. The support 8 is provided at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction, and when the second bar member 7 is slid along the longitudinal direction of the first bar member 6, at least some of the supports are approached or separated from each other, and when the second bar member 7 returns, the support 8 returns to an original position by position adjusting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】角部を有する目地部に設置された場合であっても、カバープレートの底面を支持できるとともに、地震による揺れ動きを吸収できるカバープレート支持装置を提供する。【解決手段】一対の側板１０と、側板１０に回転可能に軸支され、少なくともその外周面の一部が側板１０よりも上方又は下方のいずれかに位置するように設けられた複数個のローラー１１とからなる支持具８を用いてカバープレートを支持するカバープレート支持装置１であって、パイプ状の第１バー部材６と、第１バー部材６に一端部側がスライド移動可能に挿入される第２バー部材７とを備え、支持具８は、長手方向に所定間隔を有して設けられ、第２バー部材７が第１バー部材６の長手方向に沿ってスライド移動する際に、少なくとも一部の支持具同士が接近又は離間し、第２バー部材７が復帰した場合には、支持具８が位置調節手段によって元の位置に復帰する。【選択図】図１
