To provide a joint plate support structure capable of supporting a joint plate without damaging a slide rail or a joint plate support base, etc., a floor joint device, and a sliding support member.SOLUTION: A joint plate support structure supports a joint plate that closes a joint part between one building frame and the other building frame. The joint plate support structure consists of: a sliding support member that is disposed on the one building frame and has a first joint plate support part to support one end side of the joint plate at an upper part so as to be slidable in a front-back direction; and a second joint plate support part that is disposed on the other building frame and supports the other end side of the joint plate. The sliding support member comprises: a guide rail fixed on the one building frame; a slide rail that is disposed on the guide rail through a plurality of sliding members so as to be slidable in a front-back direction; and holding means to hold the slide rail so as not to move toward the other building frame side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
