To provide an RC beam structure in which beam main reinforcing bars are arranged in an X-shape between columns, and a column beam frame using this, which can be easily and accurately constructed.SOLUTION: An RC beam 40 is the RC beam 40 in which an oblique beam main reinforcement 42 is arranged between column members 30 in an X-shape, and the oblique beam main reinforcements 42 arranged in the X shape includes first reinforcing bars 45A, 45B on one end portion 40a side of the RC beams 40, second reinforcing bars 46A, 46B on the other end 40b side, and connecting reinforcing bars 47A, 47B provided diagonally between them.
