To provide a door guide mechanism for hung doors for which installation work is easy and which is versatile.SOLUTION: The door guide mechanism for hung doors comprises a first door guide part 10 and a second door guide part 50. The first door guide part 10 includes: a pressure plate 21 that is pressed on a surface 110a on the side, of the lower end of a door frame 110 that forms an opening edge face 110b of a hung door 120, on which the door 120 is slid to be opened and closed; and a first guide roller 33 that is disposed opposite the pressure plate 21 so that the door 120 is slidable. The pressure plate 21 is fixed to the surface 110a, or parts of the first door guide part 10 other than the pressure plate 21 are fixed to a floor F. The second door guide part 50 includes a second guide roller 73. The position of the second guide roller 73 is adjustable in the slide direction of the door 120, and the second guide roller 73 is connected firmly to the first door guide part 10 so as to be detachable. The second guide roller 73 is disposed so as to clamp the lower end of the door 120 together with the first guide roller 33 in an area in which a margin section 120a is disposed and guide the door 120 in the slide direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
