WATER TANK DIVISION BULKHEAD, AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING WATER TANK DIVISION BULKHEAD
To provide a water tank division bulkhead capable of being inexpensively installed without restricting the water tank to be installed, and a method for constructing a water tank division bulkhead.SOLUTION: A water tank division bulkhead is formed of a plurality of PC blocks 10, water expansion rubbers 40 are respectively arranged at rubber grooves 41 formed at either side face 12 and the other side face 13 of each PC block 10, the water expansion rubbers 40 are respectively compressed against either angle material 20 and the PC blocks 10 and the other angle material 30 and the PC blocks 10 by a through bolt 90 and a through nut 99, hydrophilic urethane resins 40 are respectively charged into a bottom face gap 101 between a bottom edge face 11 and a water tank bottom face 131 and a columnar face gap 104 between a columnar edge face 14 and a water tank columnar face 134, and caulking 60 is applied to a boundary between the either side face 12 and the either angle material 20, a boundary between the other side face 13 and the other angle material 30, and a gap between connection edge faces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】設置される水槽の制約がなく、安価に設置することができる水槽分割隔壁および水槽分割隔壁の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】水槽分割隔壁は、複数のPCブロック10によって形成され、PCブロック10の一方側面12および他方側面13に形成されたゴム溝41に水膨張ゴム40がそれぞれ配置され、水膨張ゴム40は通しボルト90および通しナット99によって、一方アングル材20とPCブロック10、他方アングル材30とPCブロック10にそれぞれ挟圧され、底端面11と水槽底面131との間の底面隙間101および柱端面14と水槽柱面134との間の柱面隙間104にそれぞれ親水性ウレタン樹脂40が充填され、一方側面12と一方アングル材20との境界、他方側面13と他方アングル材30との境界、および連結端面同士の間にコーキング60が施されている。【選択図】図4
