To provide a method for producing zirconia molded body in which a zirconia sintered body can be easily produced, which is excellent in quality with both high light transmissivity and high strength, in good yield.SOLUTION: A method for producing zirconia molded body includes a step of subjecting a dried molded body containing zirconia particles with humidification treatment to obtain a wetted molded body, and a step of subjecting the wetted molded body with pressure treatment. An average primary particle diameter of zirconia particle is preferably not more than 30 nm. The dried molded body is also preferably obtained by subjecting powder containing zirconia particles with press molding, and the powder containing zirconia particles is preferably obtained by drying slurry containing zirconia particles.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高い透光性および高い強度を兼ね備えた品質に優れるジルコニア焼結体を収率よく簡便に製造することのできる、ジルコニア成形体の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ジルコニア粒子を含む湿潤前成形体を加湿処理して湿潤成形体とする工程、および、当該湿潤成形体を加圧処理する工程を含む、ジルコニア成形体の製造方法。ジルコニア粒子の平均一次粒子径は３０ｎｍ以下であることが好ましい。また、湿潤前成形体は、ジルコニア粒子を含む粉末をプレス成形することにより得られたものであることが好ましく、ジルコニア粒子を含む粉末が、ジルコニア粒子を含むスラリーを乾燥させることにより得られたものであることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
