INSULATION MATERIAL FITTING AND INSULATION WALL
To provide an insulation material fitting capable of preventing insulation material from dropping off even when fire spreads to the insulation material, and insulation wall with excellent fire resistance efficiency.SOLUTION: An insulation material fitting 70 is provided with: a flat base 71; a pair of engaging pieces 72 protruding from the base 71 and having an interval t1 being the generally same as that between right and left studs, each of the engaging pieces 72 having a claw 73 at a tip of the engaging piece to engage the stud; a piercing piece 74 protruding from the base 71 in the same direction as that of the engaging piece 72 and having a bent part 74b in its middle section, in which an insulation material is fixed to the right and left studs on a front surface of a column by making the piercing piece 74 pierce the insulation material, bending the tip 74c of the piercing piece 74 through the bent part 74b, and engaging the pair of the engaging pieces 72 with the right and left studs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】断熱材が延焼した場合でも断熱材の脱落を防止することのできる断熱材固定金物と、耐火性能に優れた断熱壁とを提供すること。【解決手段】平板状のベース71と、ベース71から突設し、左右のスタッドと略同一の間隔t1を有する一対の係合片72であって、それぞれの係合片72が先端にスタッドに係合する爪73を有している、一対の係合片72と、ベース71から係合片72と同じ方向に突設し、途中に折り曲げ部74bを有する突き刺し片74と、を備える断熱材固定金物70であって、突き刺し片74に断熱材が突き刺され、折り曲げ部74bを介して突き刺し片74の先端74cが折り曲げられ、一対の係合片72が左右のスタッドに係合されることにより、柱の前面において左右のスタッドに対して断熱材が固定される。【選択図】図4
