To provide a dwelling house which can take in light to indoor even in a time zone with low solar altitude.SOLUTION: A dwelling house 1 that is provided in a rectangular site 4 whose north side contacts a road includes a first courtyard 5 which is formed in substantially the center and is opened upward, a first habitable room 15 arranged in a first-story indoor space on the south side of the first courtyard 5, and a second courtyard 6 which is formed on a southeast or southwest corner, is adjacent to the first habitable room 15 and is opened upward, in which a first whole surface opening 10 is opened in a boundary with the first-story indoor space on the south side of the first courtyard 5, and a second whole surface opening 16 is formed in a boundary between the second courtyard 6 and the first habitable room 15 and is arranged so as to close contact with the south side boundary than the north side boundary of the site.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 太陽高度が低い時間帯にも屋内に光を取り入れることができる住宅を提供する。【解決手段】住宅１は、北側が接道する矩形の敷地４に設けられる住宅１であって、略中央に形成され、上方に開放された第一中庭５と、前記第一中庭５よりも南側の１階屋内空間に配置される第一居室１５と、南東又は南西の角に形成され、前記第一居室１５に隣接し、上方に開口された第二中庭６と、を備え、前記第一中庭５の南側には、前記１階屋内空間との境界に第一の全面開口１０が形成されるとともに、前記第二中庭６と前記第一居室１５との境界に第二の全面開口１６が形成されており、敷地の北側境界よりも南側境界に接近して配置される。【選択図】図１
