To improve the strength of a renovated fitting together with suppressing the spread of fire from a gap generated between an inner cover covering the indoor side part of a newly provided lower frame and a skeleton opening with the result of improving fire prevention performance.SOLUTION: A renovated fitting includes a new lower frame attached to an existing frame remaining in a skeleton opening part, and an inner cover for covering the indoor side of the new lower frame. The inner cover is engaged with an indoor side wall part of the new lower frame and fixed to the skeleton opening part on the indoor side of the new lower frame, and the new lower frame is provided with a heating expansion material expanding toward a gap between the new lower frame and the skeleton opening part upon receipt of heat on the indoor side surface of the indoor side wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
