To provide a screw member capable of performing management of fixation strength without complicating a structure of the screw member.SOLUTION: A screw member unit 10 includes a main body male screw part 13 which is provided on the shaft direction tip side of a main body shaft member 15 forming a shaft shape and is inserted into fixation object base material C such as concrete, a rear end male screw part 12 provided on the shaft direction rear end side of the main body shaft member 15, a torque management member 20 made of material different from the main body shaft member 15 and a torque management member connection part 11 which is provided on the main body shaft member 15 and attachably/detachably connects the torque management member 20. Therein, the torque management member 20 includes a first member 21 relatively non-rotatable around shaft with respect to the main body shaft member 15 in such a state as to be connected to the main body shaft member 15, a second member 22 capable of inputting a torque for management for managing a fixation strength to the fixation object base material C of the main body male screw part 13 and a managing fracture part 23 which is provided between the first member 21 and the second member 22 and fractures the first member 21 and the second member 22 with an input of the prescribed managing torque.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
