DISTRIBUTION PANEL HOUSING
To provide a distribution panel housing in which a door plate is hard to be detached from a housing even when the distribution panel is made into a simple structure without separately requiring a hinge part when the door plate whose opening operation is performed upward is provided.SOLUTION: In a door plate 4 provided on a front surface of a housing 1, a revolving shaft 5 to be hinged to the housing 1 is integrally formed at an upper end, opening and closing operations are possible in a vertical direction, on the other hand, the housing 1 is integrally provided with a shaft stop part 6 with a shaft hole 6b for stopping the revolving shaft 5, the revolving shaft 5 is further provided with a flange-like projection 5d, a predetermined part of the shaft stop part 6 is provided with an engagement projection 6d engaging into the flange-like projection 5d, the flange-like projection 5d overrides the engagement projection 6d to move in the case of an operation for inserting the revolving shaft 5 into the shaft hole 6b, the flange-like projection 5d contacts the engagement projection 6d at the overridden position, and falling out of the revolving shaft 5 from the shaft hole 6b is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】 上方に開操作する扉板を設けた際に、蝶番部を別途部材を必要としない簡易な構造としても、扉板がハウジングから外れ難い分電盤ハウジングを提供する。【解決手段】 ハウジング1の前面に設けられた扉板4は、上端にハウジング1に蝶着するための回転軸5が一体に形成されて、上下方向に開閉操作が可能である一方、ハウジング1には、回転軸5を軸止する軸穴6bを備えた軸止部6が一体に設けられ、更に回転軸5にはフランジ状突起5dが設けられると共に、軸止部6の所定部位には、フランジ状突起5dに係合する係合突起6dが設けられており、回転軸5を軸穴6bに挿入する操作の際に、フランジ状突起5dが係合突起6dを乗り越えて移動すると共に、乗り越えた位置でフランジ状突起5dが係合突起6dに当接して、回転軸5が軸穴6bからの抜けが防止される。【選択図】 図11
