HIGH STRENGTH CONCRETE FOR SPRAYING
To provide high strength concrete for spraying, which generally comprises high strength development including initial strength and has strong adhesiveness and is stable in properties because of not inducing pressure feeding or spraying obstruction on a spraying apparatus in constructing by wet type spraying construction method.SOLUTION: High strength concrete for spraying is composed of following base concrete (A) and an accelerating agent (B) of 7 to 14 pts.mas relative to the Portland cement content of 100 pts.mass in the base concrete. The base concrete (A) contains Portland cement of 100 pts.mass, anhydrous gypsum of 7 to 16 pts.mass with Blaine specific surface area 8000 to 11000 cm/g, a water-reducing agent of 0.3 to 2 pts.mass, aggregate, and water. The accelerating agent (B) contains 68 to 87 mass% of calcium aluminate with molar ratio (CaO/AlO) of 1.8 to 2.7 including CaO and AlOas chemical compositions, anhydrous gypsum of 10 to 26 mass%, and alkaline metal sulfate and/or carbonate of 3 to 12 mass%, in which the anhydrous gypsum in the accelerating agent is gypsum with fineness of 6600 to 8700 cm/g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】初期強度を含め全体に高い強度発現性を具備し、強力な付着性と湿式吹付工法で施工の際の吹付装置での圧送、吹き付け障害も起こらず、性状的にも安定な吹付用高強度コンクリートの提供。【解決手段】次のベースコンクリート(A)とベースコンクリート中のポルトランドセメント含有量100質量部に対し7〜14質量部の急結材(B)からなる吹付用高強度コンクリート。A;ポルトランドセメント100質量部、ブレーン比表面積8000〜11000cm2/gの無水石膏7〜16質量部、減水剤0.3〜2質量部、骨材及び水を含有するベースコンクリート。B;化学成分としてのCaOとAl2O3の含有モル比(CaO/Al2O3)が1.8〜2.7のカルシウムアルミネートを68〜87質量%、無水石膏10〜26質量%、アルカリ金属の硫酸塩及び/又は炭酸塩3〜12質量%を含有する急結材であって、急結材中の無水石膏が粉末度6600〜8700cm2/gの石膏である急結材。【選択図】なし
