To provide a swing-type hydraulic working machine having a control structure capable of securing the start of a swing motor even on a slope without detecting the tilt direction and the tilt angle of an upper swing body, that is, without using a tilt sensor.SOLUTION: A controller 20 provided in a swing-type hydraulic working machine is configured to perform limit control when the pressure of a second hydraulic pump 14, the amount of swing movement of an upper swing body 2, or the swing speed of the upper swing body 2 has not risen to a predetermined threshold, and to perform normal control otherwise, or to perform limit control for a set time, and to perform normal control after the set time has passed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】上部旋回体の傾斜方向および傾斜角を検出することなく、すなわち、傾斜センサを用いることなく、傾斜地であっても旋回モータの起動を確保することが可能な制御構成を備えた旋回式油圧作業機械を提供すること。【解決手段】旋回式油圧作業機械が備えるコントローラ２０は、第２油圧ポンプ１４の圧力、上部旋回体２の旋回移動量、もしくは上部旋回体２の旋回速度が、所定の閾値まで上昇していない場合は制限制御を行い、そうでない場合は通常制御を行う、または、設定された時間、制限制御を行い、設定された時間が過ぎれば通常制御を行うように構成されている。【選択図】図２
