DEMOLITION METHOD FOR EXISTING BUILDING
To provide a demolition method for an existing building demolishing an upper floor of a used space while using the existing building in part.SOLUTION: A demolition method for an existing building comprises: a step S2 forming a debris discharge passage 11 from a floor of an existing building 1 to be demolished to a vibration proof floor structure 40 by constructing the vibration proof floor structure 40 mitigating impact from an upper portion on a permanently installed floor slab 47 and a temporarily installed floor slab 48 of a ground first floor as well as by arranging an opening in each of floor slabs of upper floors of the vibration proof floor structure 40; and a step S3 demolishing the floor to be demolished, discharging demolished debris to the debris discharge passage 11 and receiving the debris on an upper surface of the vibration proof floor structure 40, and then conveying the received demolished debris out of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】既存建物の一部を使用しながら、その使用している部分の上階を解体する既存建物の解体方法を提供すること。【解決手段】既存建物の解体方法は、地上1階の本設床スラブおよび仮設床スラブ47、48上に、上方からの衝撃を緩和する防振床構造40を構築するとともに、防振床構造40の上階の各階の床スラブに開口を設けて、既存建物1の解体対象階から防振床構造40に至るガラ投入路11を形成するステップS2と、解体対象階を解体し、解体ガラをガラ投入路11に投入して防振床構造40の上面で受け止めて、その後、この受け止めた解体ガラを搬出するステップS3と、を備える。【選択図】図4
