To provide a ceiling structure, a construction method of the ceiling structure, and a support post which can be efficiently constructed and which are fitted well.SOLUTION: A ceiling structure comprises: a ceiling material 60 provided under a floor slab 10; a pair of stays 20 one end of which is connected to the floor slab 10 and the other end of which is connected to the ceiling material 60; and a bar 221 or a ladder 222 connecting the pair of stays 20 in an intermediate portion of each stay 20 and supporting an equipment material. The stay 20 is made to support the ceiling material 60, and an air conditioner U5 is hung on the ladder 222 by a hanging tool 227.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
