To provide a hoisting member for gabions that enhances the efficiency of placement work while preventing a gabion from being deformed when hoisting work is repeated.SOLUTION: A hoisting member for gabions according to claim 1 includes a support material 20 that prevents the bottom plate of a gabion 10 from being deformed, a hoisting material 30 that hoists the gabion and the support material at the same time, and a shape holding frame material 40 that covers the outer periphery of the gabion side plate. The support material is composed of two or more horizontal materials 21 and two or more vertical materials 22 that are arranged substantially in parallel. The hoisting material is composed of four or more perpendicular materials 31 that are arranged on the bottom surface of the gabion at regular intervals, openings provided above and below the perpendicular materials, temporary fixing small holes provided between the openings, and an insertion material 37 that is inserted to the lower openings. The insertion material is positioned below the support material. The shape holding frame material includes small holes into which a temporary fixing wire material 44 is inserted, and deformation prevention metal tools which prevent the shape holding frame material from being deformed are fixed detachably on both ends of the temporary fixing wire material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
