To provide an outer wall structure of a building with preferable drainage property regardless of constructor's skill.SOLUTION: A drainage structure 1 of a building outer wall in an internal corner portion 10 of an outer wall 3 of a building 100 to which ceramic siding panels 30 are attached comprises: an internal corner joiner 2 disposed so as to vertically extend between neighboring panels 30 and connecting the neighboring panels 30 with each other; and a drainage member 4 disposed below the internal corner joiner 2, in which the internal corner joiner 2 is disposed so as to enable downward ventilation and water conduction between a rear face of the panel 30 and an attachment face of the building 100 to which the panel 30 is attached and in which the drainage member 4 includes a guide portion 40 disposed along an extending direction of the internal corner joiner 2; and a drainage portion 44 disposed at a lower end of the guide portion 40 and extending from the guide portion 40 toward an outdoor side surface of the outer wall 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
