To provide a floor pressing construction method capable of improving working efficiency.SOLUTION: The floor pressing construction method for performing pressing work of a concrete floor surface before hardening by using a trowel device, includes the steps of: adding a setting retarder or setting accelerator to concrete to be placed into the floor surface in accordance with the temperature to adjust the setting speed of the concrete, and controlling the timing of starting the pressing work of the concrete floor surface after being placed; and starting the pressing work of the concrete floor surface at the controlled timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
