To provide a drain pipe allowing construction load to be reduce by suppressing occurrence of stress due to heat shrinkage as well as capable of preventing occurence of malfunction due to thermal fusion in a joint connection.SOLUTION: Pipes 32, 34 in this embodiment are drain pipes used in a rain water drain device 10 for draining rain water, being made of olefin, having an SDR value exhibiting a ratio between an outer diameter and a wall thickness of 17 or more and 23 or less, and being arranged in an inner space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
