To efficiently perform activation and deactivation of a drain pump.SOLUTION: A rainwater drain pump control device of the present embodiment comprises a variable-speed pump dynamic control unit which varies a first activation water level indicating a water level at which a variable-speed drain pump installed in a pump well in rainwater drain equipment is activated and a first stop water level indicating a water level at which the drain pump is deactivated according to a predicted value of flow-in quantity of rainwater that flows into the pump well, and performs control to determine an actual flow rate of the variable-speed drain pump in accordance with the first activation water level and the first stop water level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
