To provide a dwelling house capable of shortening washing traffic lines.SOLUTION: A dwelling house comprises: a laundry room 15 provided on a second floor thereof adjacent to a corridor 19 and having a washing machine 46; and a balcony 28 provided adjacent to the laundry room 15 on the side opposite to the corridor 19 and having a clothes-drying space for drying laundry. A doorway 33 and a doorway 34 are provided as doorways for entering and exiting the laundry room 15 through the corridor 19. Further, a doorway 61 for entering and exiting the balcony 28 through the laundry room 15 is provided, and the doorway 61 and the doorway 34 are arranged opposite to each other across the laundry room 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】洗濯動線の短縮化を図ることができる住宅を提供する。【解決手段】住宅の二階部分には、廊下１９に隣接して設けられ洗濯機４６が設置されたランドリールーム１５と、廊下１９とは反対側でランドリールーム１５に隣接して設けられ、洗濯物を干す物干しスペースを有するバルコニー２８とが設けられている。廊下１９からランドリールーム１５へ出入りするための出入口として出入口３３及び出入口３４が設けられている。また、ランドリールーム１５からバルコニー２８へ出入りするための出入口６１が設けられ、この出入口６１と出入口３４とはランドリールーム１５を挟んで対向配置されている。【選択図】 図２
