To provide an insulation structure of a double roof capable of restraining a breakage of a resin foam for a lower roof, a lower roof structure of an insulation structure of a double roof and a forming method of an insulation structure of a double roof.SOLUTION: An insulation structure of a double roof consisting of an upper roof and a lower roof is provided that at least the upper roof is formed integrally with a resin foam for the upper roof on a surface of the lower roof side of a folded plate roof material for the upper roof, at least the lower roof is formed integrally with a resin foam for the lower roof and a reinforcement layer for the lower roof in order toward the upper roof side on a surface of the upper roof side of a folded plate roof material for the lower roof, the bottom surface of the upper roof and the top surface of the lower roof arranged the upper roof upward of the lower roof with a predetermined interval each other so that respective crest part and respective trough part face each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
