BAGGAGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND BAGGAGE MANAGEMENT METHOD
To provide a technology for contributing to improvement of security when a cargo chamber of a vehicle is considered as a delivery place of a baggage.SOLUTION: A baggage management system utilizes a predetermined area in a vehicle as a delivery place of a baggage, and comprises: a locking/unlocking device which locks and unlocks the vehicle according to a request from a delivery user terminal, or a request user terminal; a photographing device which photographs the inside of the predetermined area; a control device which causes the photographing device to photograph the inside of the predetermined area to store an image in lock-related timing according to the request from the delivery user terminal; and a determination unit which determines whether or not the baggage is carried away based on comparison between the image photographed in the previous lock-related timing with the image photographed in the present lock-related timing. The determination unit does not determine whether or not the baggage is carried away from the predetermined area when the vehicle is unlocked according to the request from the request user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
