To provide a structure formation method capable of efficiently forming a structure having high tensile strength and the structure.SOLUTION: A structure C1 comprises: an outer formation body 10 that has a hole part 10a and forms an outer shape of the structure C1; and an inner structure 20 formed by pouring second mortar into the hole part 10a of the outer formation body 10. The outer formation body 10 is formed by moving a nozzle of a 3D printer along a path while making first mortar be discharged from the nozzle and alternately laminating an odd numbered layer part 11 and an even numbered layer part 12. The inner structure 20 is configured using the second mortar for configuring a component stronger than the first mortar for configuring the outer formation body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
