To provide a structure formation method capable of efficiently forming a strong structure and the structure.SOLUTION: A structure C1 comprises: an outer formation body 10 having a hole part 10a; and an inner structure 20 formed by pouring second mortar into the hole part 10a of the outer formation body 10. The outer formation body 10 is formed by repeating a first step for forming an odd numbered layer part 11 composed of an outer shape part 11a configuring part of an outer shape of the structure C1 and a rib part 11b connected to the outer shape part 11a by moving a nozzle while making mortar be discharged from the nozzle and a second step for forming, above the odd numbered layer part 11, an even numbered layer part 12 composed of an outer shape part 12a configuring part of the outer shape of the structure C1 so as to correspond to the outer shape part 11a and a rib part 12b that is connected to the outer shape part 12a so as to correspond to the rib part 11b and is connected at a position differing from a position at which the outer shape part 11a and the rib part 11b are connected while making mortar be discharged from the nozzle to laminate the respective layers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
