DECOMPOSITION TYPE CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To provide a decomposition type construction machine which does not have troublesome time and effort because there is no need of performing machine work such as cutting and tapping to a lower traveling body and can be achieved at low cost.SOLUTION: In a construction machine 1 provided with an upper revolving body 2 through a revolving wheel 14 in a revolvable manner over a lower traveling body 3, a cylindrical body bracket 16 having upper and lower flanges 17, 18 are inserted between the revolving wheel 14 of the upper revolving body 2 and the lower traveling body 3, a female screw hole being the same as a female screw hole provided in an installation surface connecting to the revolving wheel 14 of the lower traveling body 3 is provided in the upper flange 17 of the revolving wheel 14, and the lower flange 18 of the lower traveling body 3 side is provided with a bolt insertion hole having the same pitch circle diameter, interval and hole diameter as those of a bolt insertion hole provided in the revolving wheel 14 connecting to the lower traveling body 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下部走行体に対して切断やタッピング等の機械加工を行う必要がないので面倒な手間がなく、安価に実現できる分解型建設機械を提供する。【解決手段】下部走行体3の上部に、上部旋回体2を旋回輪14を介して旋回可能に設けた建設機械1において、上部旋回体2の旋回輪14と下部走行体3の間に上下フランジ17,18を有する円筒体ブラケット16を挿入するもので、旋回輪14の上フランジ17には、下部走行体3の前記旋回輪14と連結する設置面に設けられている雌ネジ孔と同一の雌ネジ孔を設け、下部走行体3側の下フランジ18は下部走行体3と連結する旋回輪14に設けられているボルト挿通孔のそれらとピッチ円直径や間隔及び孔径が同一のボルト挿通孔を設けた。【選択図】図1
