To provide a fireproof panel capable of preventing a molten resin from seeping out to an indoor side when a resin sheet of the fireproof panel molts that is installed to a glass panel in a fitting manner with the resin sheet interposed in an intermediate layer.SOLUTION: A fireproof panel includes: glass panels 2 between which a resin sheet is sandwiched; vertical frames having fitting grooves 6 in which both side ends of the glass panels 2 are fitted; an upper frame having a fitting groove 6 in which upper ends of the glass panels 2 are fitted; and a lower frame 12 having a fitting groove 6 in which lower ends of the glass panels 2 are fitted, the fitting groove 6 of the lower frame 12 being formed with a drain port 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
