FIREPROOF PANEL
To provide a fireproof panel using a material other than rock wool and having a fireproof coating that can keep the construction thickness within the range of 30 to 50 mm.SOLUTION: Provided is a fireproof panel placed around the periphery of a building. A laminated fireproof covering material is attached to the back side of a metal wall board 1, the laminated fireproof covering material including: a plurality of heat insulating material layers 3, 5 made of inorganic fibers that do not contain rock wool but preferably contain alkali earth silicate fibers; and heat barrier layers 2 and 4 preferably include one or more heat absorbing agents selected from the group consisting of aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, and calcium hydroxide, provided on the heating surface side of each of the plurality of heat insulating material layers. The thickness of the heat barrier layer between adjacent heat insulating material layers is 4 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工厚さ30~50mmの範囲内に抑えることが可能な耐火被覆材を有する耐火パネルをロックウール以外の材質を用いて提供する。【解決手段】建築物の外周部に配される耐火パネルであって、ロックウールを含まずに好ましくはアルカリアースシリケート繊維を含む無機繊維質からなる複数の断熱材層3,5と、該複数の断熱材層の各々の加熱面側に設けた好ましくは水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、及び水酸化カルシウムからなる群から選ばれる1種以上の吸熱剤を含む遮熱層2,4とからなる積層構造の耐火被覆材が金属壁板1の裏側に貼り付けられており、互いに隣接する断熱材層同士の間の遮熱層の厚さが4mm以上である。【選択図】図1
