To improve workability in a construction site by making it possible to heighten degree of freedom in a pipe arrangement.SOLUTION: A rainwater basin 1 connected with a horizontal pipe 4 buried underground from a down pipe 21 of a building includes a basin body portion 40 and a rising pipe receiving portion 50. The basin body portion 40 includes an outer peripheral wall 41 for a horizontal pipe insertion and a bottom face 42a. In the outer peripheral wall 41 for a horizontal pipe insertion, an insertion port 41a inside which an end portion 4a of the horizontal pipe 4 is inserted can be formed. The rising pipe receiving portion 50 is connected with the basin body portion 40, in which an opening 51c communicating with a rising pipe 19 when the rising pipe 19 is connected is formed. The area S1 of the opening 51c of the rising pipe receiving portion 50 is smaller than the area S2 of the bottom face 42a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
